All our prices are per room per night and are inclusive of VAT.
- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required when making a booking with us.
- For families there will be an extra charge of £20 per person per night starting with the 3rd person.
- In some of our larger family rooms we can accommodate up to 2 adults & up to 4 Children (up to the age of 16 only).
- Cots available on request. You may transfer your booking 72 hours prior to arrival only . No Refunds.
- A minimum of a 2/3 Nights stay is required for all Bank Holiday Weekends, Half Term and Summer holiday weekends.
- Extra charges may apply.
We are unable to accommodate Stag or Hen Parties.
All rooms are en-suite and offer tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. Free parking & Free Wi-fi.
